OwnFusion is very easy for new users. You do not need strong technology skills, and tutorials will always be available.
One-Click Apps
Virtual Machines
Virtual Machines give you more flexibility than apps, but require manual setup, so they are only recommended for advanced users. You are able to run Windows Server, flavors of Linux like Debian or Ubuntu, or even BSDs including FreeBSD or OpenBSD.

Linux
Linux has many flavors, some of the more popular server options include Debian, Ubuntu Server, and openSUSE Leap.
Containers
Containers are similar to virtual machines, but offer better performance, however they are limited to Linux only. They can also be harder to work with than virtual machines. Using containers is only advised if you know what you are doing.

We are dedicated to providing support for the community. For priority support, please consider subscribing to one of our subscription plans. Subscriptions also come with the benefit of custom builds of OwnFusion, if you have any special software needs.
